Lally Poulias Design have been shortlisted for Concept Over 40 Metres Award in The International Yacht & Aviation Awards.
This 103m Concept by Lally Poulias Design, is an innovative mega yacht which can provide comfort and luxury as well as privacy to its demanding owner and guests.
On top of its 103m Length, the beam measures at 16m, and boasts a speed of 19 knots. In turn, this concept contains one Master suite, one VIP suite and 16 guest suites.
The design is aimed at creating a modern and sleek yacht, in which emphasis is given to the horizontal axis in order to enhance the profile. The main criterion for Lally Poulias is the owner’s privacy. Many owners may prefer to seek solace from their guests when they choose to. This is why 30% of the main deck is allocated to the Master suite, in a such a way that the owner can enjoy his/her private sun bathing area and the fore jacuzzi where an electrically operated awning can shelter the fore end seating area.
A retractable windshield can be operated electrically in order to stop the sea spray. Emphasis is also given to the views of the master through a conical full hide glazed area port and starboard. Another major feature is the glazed conical construction. This enables light to enter not only into the owners but to the main and internal dining salons. The view is panoramic.
Sections of this structure retract outwards and forms astonishing external balconies with illuminated glass floors and seating arrangement for cigar lovers. At the aft main deck area situated the external dining area. Above one can notice the two elliptical lighting elements. Further aft the helicopter deck can be converted to a dance floor.
The tenders and toys area are located forward to the Beach bar; adjacent of which aft; is the swimming platform. Two retractable platforms form a sea swimming-pool. Ah under water net can be placed for shark protection. Finally, the sun deck area consists of a seating and dining arrangements together with a large jacuzzi.
