design et al are delighted to announce that Attitude Asia have been shortlisted for Luxury Residence £2.5-5 Million Award in The International Hotel & Property Awards 2019.
The House on Plantation Road is located at the most sought-after address in Hong Kong. With 180 degree panoramic cityscape view facing the Victoria Harbor and the lively green mountain at the back of the house, the design aimed to connect the indoor-outdoor space while creating an elegant lifestyle for the owner to retreat from the rapid metropolitan pace of Hong Kong.
Starting from the colour of golden peach, the most prominent colour picked from the spectrum of sunset seen from the house, the colour story was then formed by complementing the golden peach with beige and ivory. Material used in the house were “Low key, high quality”. The serenity palette sets the tone of elegance starting from the 8-meters-high foyer to the scenic living room then to the two upper floors of en-suite bedrooms.
