The hull shape was carefully designed to have performance under sails while assuring very easy handling to allow cruises with reduced crew members. Volume perception was kept in mind throughout the process to offer the best use of space for this size: a larger cockpit with cleaver lifting outside the galley. The most convenient dinghy garage with integrated rollers and hydraulic platform. An elegant hard top with foldable canvas has been used to protect life in the cockpit from the sun. A large sea view is available from any point of the boat, even from the aft.
The meticulous interior design created by Andreani Design, includes high quality equipment and mast library. Andreani Design also uses a comfortable rotating armchair at the chart table, real leather sofa in the saloon and lowerable wooden table. The owner’s ensuite has several choices for the layout. Oceanis Yacht 62 offers a huge galley with similar equipment as the one at home. The design works well because it includes a complete symbiosis between the teams involved in building the yacht.
