Located on the banks of Lake Geneva, the regal Hotel du Parc first opened its doors in 1907, and now, thanks to a sensitive renovation project, is set to be reborn as one of Switzerland’s most luxurious residential developments. The Belle Époque structure and facades of the building have been conserved, whilst interior designers have taken the utmost care to preserve original fixtures and fittings, from spiralbannisters to exquisite cornicing. Old will be seamlessly married with new as cutting-edge fittings and technology is integrated into each apartment.

On completion, the historic building will comprise 24 apartments, a grandiose lobby, expansive spa, private cinema and Davidoff cigar lounge. The three Du Parc penthouses, located in the iconic towers, will come to market in 2013, and Candy & Candy have been commissioned as the base-build designers of these ultra-lux residences.
