Located on the banks of Lake Geneva, the regal Hotel du Parc first opened its doors in 1907, and now, thanks to a sensitive renovation project, is set to be reborn as one of Switzerland’s most luxurious residential developments. The Belle Époque structure and facades of the building have been conserved, whilst interior designers have taken the utmost care to preserve original fixtures and fittings, from spiralbannisters to exquisite cornicing.
