design et al are delighted to announce the successful shortlist for Cave Interiors for the Living Space UK Award with their Gloucester Crescent project.
Cave Interiors were instructed to help pull together this beautiful Grade II Listed house in Primrose Hill for a young couple and their growing family. This interiors project which was to include design concept, decoration, furniture and soft furnishings.
The scheme was pulled together by adding colour and texture which was key to the project. Sourcing too was paramount to the brief and included key vintage pieces such as the chandelier, coffee & side tables, beautiful wallpaper, fabrics, bespoke lampshades and soft furnishings along with the re-upholstery of existing furniture.
Although elegance was key, the designers had a lot of fun as the clients were clearly not afraid to go the distance in terms of furnishings, colour, pattern & texture. The mixture of texture, pattern & most of all colour gave our clients the relaxed and elegant but not too formal Living space that they had their hearts set on.
