design et al are delighted to announce that Celine Estates have won the Residential £2.5-5 Million Plus (Project by Value) Award in The International Design and Architecture Awards 2017.

Celine Estates were given a design brief for a property in Hans Place, one of the most iconic residential squares in prime central London. The complete refurbishment of this property has permanently transformed the space into an elegant and luxurious family residence. Celine Estates have created a design that is not only tailored to accommodate a modern family but that has also enhanced and maintained the historic integrity of the original interior and fabric. Some of the designers favourite aspects of the property include the mirrored bronze kitchen, the Fromental silk wallpaper and the bespoke made television unit, which is predominantly wooden but with a mirrored detail border.
