This double storey penthouse of about 2700 square feet is remodelled to accommodate a contemporary themed home, with a twist. A touch of chinoiserie influence to complete the modern contemporary ambience.
The simplicity of the living space is highly accompanied by accents of rosewood present mainly in the furniture – portraying the chinoiserie motifs and technique. The rugged carpet completes the simplicity of the room, with a touch of sophistication.
Sticking to the clean look, the staircase is accompanied with no handle. Having straight lines perpendicular to each other, it accentuates how sleek and simple the stairway is. The instant attention grabber would definitely be the feature wall, still sticking to having wood accents to achieve the overall contemporary look.
