Congratulations to Laura Stein Interiors who have been shortlisted for a Bedroom Award

design et al are delighted to announce that Laura Stein Interiors have been shortlisted for Bedroom Award in The International Design And Architecture Awards 2016

The bedding was the starting point for the design, the design of this room was an exercise in balancing pattern and solids with strong and soft colours. The interplay between all of them creates a playful mix that is girly, fresh, and fun.
LauraSteinInteriors_ForestHillGirl'sBedroom_Bedroom_ThumbnailThe room is a mix of warm pinks and creams, which gives the room a sense of calm and serenity, something which is essential for a child’s room. The cream furniture offsets the vibrancy to keep the overall look of the scheme fresh and light. The contemporary mix of furniture combined with the traditional pinks will be well suited for the child for many years to come, something which was outlined in the client’s brief.

The beautiful French style windows allow a lot of natural light to fully enhance the serenity of the room.
