Occupying an entire city block on Collins Avenue from 23rd to 24th streets, 1 Hotel South Beach sits directly on 600 feet of pristine beach front. The property offers unparalleled views of the Atlantic Ocean, Miami’s nature paradise Biscayne Bay and downtown Miami’s ever-expanding skyline.
Throughout the 426-room hotel, the celebration of nature is evident, from the graceful twist of driftwood furnishings to the ever-present sounds of the ocean and abundance of living, natural material. The property features four swimming pools, 57 cabanas and daybeds, an 18,000 square foot spa, wellness and fitness centre and over 100,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space. The design of beachcraft by Meyer Davis Studio translates the warmth and sophistication of Crafted Hospitality restaurants to an airy coastal setting.
Guests are greeted by a lush green wall that leads to the entrance of the two-level restaurant. The ground floor features the 85-seat dining room, outfitted with natural materials such as wood and stone, bronze lighting, and caramel leather banquettes. An expansive, concrete-topped bar with seating for 22 anchors the space, and an outdoor patio brings the luxury of the indoors out. An open kitchen in the rear of the restaurant grounds the concept of fresh, natural cuisine, and invites guests to experience the action while enjoying their meal, while an adjacent private dining room on the main floor provides an ideal setting for intimate dinners and celebrations.
