A couple around 50 years old with one daughter living in their home wanted a modern home. The living space should be an area for sitting, working, dining, cooking and playing the piano.
This should be realized in harmony, so all elements in one space would work perfectly. The requirement was to leave the industrial feeling of the building. Their home should be lifetime proof, so there is no need to move as they get older and in less shape.
The hallway with the industrial windows was particularly great feature. The doors to each bedroom are facing every window, which gives a very harmonious effect and emphasizes the industrial feeling of the building.
