Da Fonseca Design’s favourite aspect of the project was the client’s enthusiasm throughout the design process for beautiful finishes and points of interest. This enabled the designers to make full use of the position of the property and were therefore able to bring the outside in, working within the architectural elements of the contemporary building. Realising the complete project down to the final accessories, kitchen and dining items. Da Fonseca Design were able to create a complete beautiful, warm and useable family rooms from start to finish.

It is an ocean front property, so the colours were selected to enhance the external surrounds and bedrooms to suit the individual characters of the children. Spatial planning allowed for key areas that allowed for more elegant dining and evening functions. The beauty of the design was allowing the beach house to shine through but in a formal and luxurious manner, suitable for high profile business and entertaining as well as a family home.
