Dandi Living is shortlisted for the residential £5 million plus Award with de Laszlo House, London

De Laszlo House is Dandi Living’s more recent shortlisting in this years awards, making three entries.

The project is adapting to a ‘Arts & Crafts’ architecture combined with dynamic open living space and a stylish specification completed to the highest quality to capture all that is best in the 19th century Arts and Crafts movement.

Their bespoke specification includes rose motif cornicing with egg and dart detailing, panelled tulip-wood doors, tall skirting, plus architraves around each door and window.

All apartments share Dandi’s signature features including bespoke handmade marble mosaic  lighting pillars, concealed kitchens, and a skylight effect in the ceiling.
