A recent marketing study looking at important sectors within the home revealed, unsurprisingly perhaps, that kitchen and bathrooms were at the top of everyone’s list. They have remained so for as long as I have worked in the home interest sector, they are of course the key design projects we undertake. However, the study also revealed technology within design schemes as an area of increasing importance and an essential part of each project. With this in mind, and following on from the success of the recently launched Design
Industry Daily News, design et al have expanded the digital publishing sector of their business to bring a series of specialist weekly news snippets – one of which will be called The Technology Friendly Home Weekly News.
