What direction do you feel design is moving towards in general terms?

-Class and elegance
-Technologies
-Research
-Style

And key trends that we should be aware of?
I believe that following trends is interesting in order to see how societies ’s taste is moving. However, I prefer to get inspiration from the personal style that the future house-owner has. Moreover, I think that every expression of art may be constructive for the realization of a project.
