design et al is delighted to announce shortlist success for Dragana Maznic in the International Yacht & Aviation Awards 2015. Responsible for the timeless interiors of M/Y Entourage, Dragana Maznic will compete for the Interior Design Award – Power Yacht.
Interior design on Yacht Entourage was dictated by absolute passion, tenacity and unquenchable enthusiasm of the entire Design Team. Developed and designed by Dragana Maznic in collaboration with The Italian Sea Group, Adler & Associates, rd&a and Chiara Graneroli, its interior concept was born from numerous years of study and an effort to respond to a complex and challenging demand to design a temple that welcomes, embraces and transports to another dimension.
With an intimate and welcoming aura, Entourage features open interior spaces that are imposing in their proportions. By blurring the transition between interior and exterior spaces, the interiors are showered with an abundance of natural light and create unobstructed views.
Throughout the interior, a constant dialogue between light and dark, gloss and matte, cool and warm, hard and soft create visual interest and awaken the senses. Rare indulgence in highly reflective materials offers intricate reflections that entertain the eye.
Quiet shades at times become inflamed with rich tones of reds, such as in VIP and Guest Cabins for which world renown artist Vinicio Momoli finds inspiration in secret spots of Mediterranean sea, sun and music, creating Artwork that provokes fantasy, happiness and celebrates beautiful facets of life.
There are endless options for indulgence in lounging and entertaining, on four decks. Sun Deck takes one to a sort of oblivion where you rediscover convivial solar moments. Spa plunge pool and custom Paola Lenti sun pads, lush Paola Lenti sectionals, oversized Patricia Urquiola B&B day beds, create a place of complete retreat and relaxation where one can recover divine beauty.
