T. Jones Group & Sublime Interior Design have been shortlisted for Luxury Residence – Canada Award in The International Design & Architecture Awards 2020.
Elements Estate is an opulent home in Vancouver’s premier Shaughnessy neighbourhood. Designed by T. Jones Group & Sublime Interior Design, the estate channels the elements: fire, earth, water, metal and wood, which inspires the elegance and clean lines of the home. The design concept fuses time periods and creates harmony and balance for an awe-inspiring retreat within the city.
Elements Estate is a dream home that exudes luxury because of its quality, beauty and nobility. On the main floor is a glamorous entertainer dream kitchen, which becomes an optical illusion of space with the custom levelled ceiling detail with smoked mirrors that accentuate the height of the space.
This opulent family home also features an open concept family room that leads out to outdoor living space, large spa entertaining retreat basement, as well as his and hers master suite with private bathrooms and closets. T. Jones Group & Sublime Interior Design use harmony, unity and the repetition of motifs and large-scale features, as well as maintaining a clean bright colour scheme for a modern home; intentional contrast and jewel tones add an elegant twist.
Jones Group & Sublime Interior Design had designed the basement area to embraced guests with the fire, earth, water, metal and wood elements, which inspire a contemporary style. The designers thoughtfully planned to accommodate a large group for entertaining or just an intimate gathering. The open spacial planning and opening glass door systems allow connection of the indoor and outdoor areas, swimming pool and spa area. There is also a lounge with flanking fireplaces on either side of a custom built-in banquette which seats 14 people. The Bar and Wine room have been carefully planned by T. Jones Group & Sublime Interior Design for storage and display since the bar has a raised ceramic Calacatta marble centre that contains a vessel for Champagne and celebration.
