design et al are delighted to announce that Espaço Projetos have been shortlisted in the International Hotel & Property Awards 2014. Their project, Carmel Charm Resort, has been shortlisted in the Hotel under 50 Rooms category.
Situated in a peaceful fishing village surrounded by sand dunes and coconut trees, the hotel was designed to offer luxury tourism in a naturally beautiful and sophisticated setting. It has 35 apartments all overlooking the sea, which are 24 suites, 9 lofts (duplex apartments) and 2 luxury bungalows with private swimming pools. Each unit has its own ambiance allowing several opportunities for different experiences.
There are also fantastic indoor and outdoor pools which also have a sea view. The Resort’s secluded location allows guests to feel like they’re on a private beach. It has a modern structure for leisure and relaxation: heated swimming pools, restaurant, wet bars, bar, gym, sauna, jacuzzi, tennis court, games room, spa, library, kids club.
Combining comfort and elegance for a high class public, the suites, lofts and bungalows were thoroughly furnished with designer furniture and art pieces, combined with a high quality finish.
