Chill Restaurant crowns AB Tower, comprising two levels, on the 27th and 28th floors, with an upper lounge and lower dining area. Smoked mirror walls create an illusion of endless space in the small lobby where guests are greeted before venturing to the outdoor cigar lounge where live jazz and warm lighting mix over resplendent views. 

The A-list Vietnamese celebs and models who have made this their watering hole of choice may beg to differ, but the real star of the show is the stunning view over Saigon, which can be found at the private balcony of the VIP room at the end of the lounge.
