Interior Marketing Group were the appointed designers of the 40th floor of the Woolworth Tower. It was inspired by the unique and profound history and architecture of the Woolworth building, once occupied by F.W. Woolworth himself. The 6,095 square foot, full floor residence combines breath-taking, sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline, with its iconic architecture and rich history. Interior Marketing Group designed the space with the intention of integrating tradition and innovation by using sleek, contemporary pieces. Each element highlights the property’s historic charm and embodies the feeling of sophistication and luxury.
The master bedroom was designed with a custom panelled, large fabric headboard wrapped in Otter Benson fabric and framed in a Chemetal oiled bronze aluminium. The one-a kind piece is accentuated by rich, textural bedding in soft neutrals to create a calming ambience throughout the room. The space is accented with curved sofa that offers an elegant lounge area for repose and relaxation.
In the grand dining room, Interior Marketing Group produced a tailor-made dining table that was designed and hand-crafted to create an entertainment-worthy space. It is accentuated by grass cloth wallpaper and a statement chandelier that illuminates the momentous space. Upholstered dining chairs and seating reinforce functionality with opulence, surrounded by unmatched city views. Finally, the formal living room boasts custom mirrors and low-profile, modular seating that creates a casual, sleek living space. The room is completed with floor-to-ceiling draperies that frame the stunning skyline views and complemented by a marvellous grand piano.
