“Our brief was to create a stylish luxurious penthouse which evoked a subtle grandeur, tailored towards modern living that is both practical yet comfortable.”

They wanted to create the impression that you could be in a Parisian apartment or somewhere in Rome or Vienna …  that you’d feel comfortable in a historic residence at the heart of a great European city, where of course you are.

The location of the property on the Piazza in Covent Garden is sensational. You have the bustle of café society below, with the restaurants and shops, mixed with the culture of the Royal Opera House next door where you can see the dancers practicing from the apartment.

The apartment is perfect for both a cosy weekend for two or for having lots of guests round for a dinner party.

The penthouse consists of large spacious rooms with fantastic proportions including an entire floor devoted to entertaining. The apartment is perfect for both a cosy weekend for two or for having lots of guests round for a dinner party.
