Raheja Developments, India have been shortlisted for Residential £30 Million Plus (Property Value) in The Design & Architecture Awards 2014.

This scheme is the first of its kind of a re-development project at Kathputli Colony spread over 5.22 hectares. The project consists of the construction of 2800 units.

Alongside all redevelopment, they will be developing a high-end residential complex. The project is located in heart of city and will also be surrounded by high end commercial and residential localities of Central Delhi and the distance from Connaught Place is just a five minute drive.

The buildings are designed and oriented in such a way as to achieve LEED certification. The solar power based energy supplies are provided in the high rise residential area but also in all other areas with solar water heating for all units and solar powered street lighting among other facitilites.
