Prestige Exclusive Lifestyle shortlisted for the Residential £1-2.5 Million (Property Value) Award in The International Design & Architecture Awards 2016.
The challenge of the brief was to ensure the project would be completed on a tight budget and time frame as the Client a developer. Prestige Exclusive Lifestyle successfully fulfilled the requirements set out by the client, within the budget and in a 3 months window period.
The property, being a Grade II listed building posed quite a few challenges on the way but the results left the Client excited and secured a long lasting professional relationship.
The challenge of finding the right balance between design and budget was key, and the most exciting part of the project. Selecting a very expensive and beautiful fitting is easy but searching for the right product within a set budget constraints and still keeping the design flow in the project was the most fun part.
