Raheja Oma at Dharuhera, (Gurgaon) sets an unparalleled, unprecedented benchmark in this region. It is a 40 storey residential landmark tower and townhouses providing an ultra luxury clubhouse with facilities including a spa, sauna, steam room and swimming pool. The pyramid typology provides an opportunity to offer phenomenal views.

The challenge was to create something completely iconic whilst keeping the apartment sizes small as the larger units will be fulfilled by the townhouses. The illusion of an ornamental shear wall at the edge of the building makes the building a pure form. The spiral at the top gives a distinct identity. The building is also designed in such a way to allow maximum sunlight at all times. Dharuhera is a suburban township. The need arose to build something iconic for clients who would primarily be residents of Delhi and Gurgaon as well as providing a weekend home at a drivable distance from New Delhi.
