design et al are delighted to announce that Residence G Shenzen have been shortlisted for Hotel Suite – Asia Pacific Award in The International Hotel and Property Awards 2018.
Residence G Shenzhen is the latest 5-star lifestyle hotel and serviced apartments in the heart of Nanshan District in Shenzhen. With 178 modern European style units ranging from studio, 1 bedroom to 3-bedroom apartments, the complex combines functionality with high-tech in-room equipment, including Handy Phone, IPTV and E-reader App with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. The interior design and decoration were under the leadership and guidance of Ms Blandine Cressard, French national General Manager of Residence G who was appointed at the construction time. For the artwork featured in Residence G, Ms. Cressard went to Dafen artist village to seek the most appropriate artists to paint in the style she though appropriate for Residence G.
G Club is the first of its kind with a two-floor dynamic structure. The ClubHouse located on the 11th floor acts as a social hub, featuring a trendy restaurant and in-vogue bar with a communal dining table, multiple televisions plus high and low seating. The outdoor Terrace with panoramic views, aims to bring the community together year-round for BBQ, relaxation and a series of hosted pop-up events. EnerGy on the 10th floor is solely dedicated to sports, wellness and entertainment with a 25-metre long heated indoor swimming pool, fully equipped gym, yoga room and a multi-purpose sport space plus indoor Kids Club.
