A five bedroom mews house located in Mayfair, London. The property is just over 3000 square feet spread over four floors. The property boasts two reception rooms, office/study area, a master suite situated on the top floor, an integrated garage and a passenger lift to all floors.
Located in a quiet residential street within Mayfair, the brief was to create a comfortable and functional family home in a mews property. At just over 3000 square feet and spread over four storeys, the mews house benefits from an informal reception room, a generous formal reception room, a total of 5 bedrooms with a fantastic master suite located on the entire top floor of the property. Sequoia London had no specific end user but had a strong brief to accommodate a potential family the overall design of the space is of a contemporary feel with a few hints of traditional elements. The colour scheme throughout is neutral, soft and calming with a few pops of colour.
Sequoia London’s favourite aspect of the project is the master suite located on the entire top floor which comprises of the master bedroom, master bathroom and a walk through dressing area. The master bedroom houses a super king size bed and a lounge area with a curved sofa and ottoman which allows for a comfortable viewing on a 55” TV within an integrated joinery unit. The various bespoke elements throughout the property allow the home to fully function. The dining area holds an impressive 3-metre long bespoke dining table which can accommodate up to 10 people, perfect for family dinners and dinner parties. The entry reception has an impressive full height bronze mirror wall which reflects the bespoke feature antique brass screen.
