SHORTLISTED: EXPOSÉ BY ICON YACHTS AND IMPOSSIBLE PRODUCTIONS

EXPOSÉ

Established Dutch shipyard Icon Yachts and the New York based design studio Impossible Productions Ink LLC have joined forces to create a cutting-edge design for a 120 meter vessel.

EXPOSÉ made her debut at the Monaco Yacht Show 2012, and has just reached the shortlist for the Concept Design over 50 Metres Award in the International Yacht and Aviation Awards 2013.

A unique hybrid design, EXPOSÉ effortlessly incorporates the amenities associated with an explorer vessel alongside the luxuries of a cruising vessel.

With an overall length of 122.5 metres, she boasts enough volume to house two helicopter pads, including one helicopter hangar forward, as well as an Icon aircraft, an 8.5 meter submarine option, a 14 meter tender, expansive tender garages and a luxury supercar and art exhibit space.

The main deck level comprises a glass-enclosed entertainment space. This vast space incorporates the grand entrance from the helicopter landing deck, giving both owner and guests alike an experience akin to entering a super-luxurious hotel. This leads effortlessly into unique double-height spaces with aquariums, spas, relaxation areas and pools.

EXPOSÉ’s glass-bottomed indoor/outdoor pool perfectly illustrates the innovative interior layout of the vessel. Here, one looks into the art/luxury car exhibition space, perfectly lit by outdoor light filtering through the pool.
