Shortlisted: Hill House Interiors blend their signature style with an au courant flavour of the world of couture…

Hill House Interiors have enjoyed incredible success at The International Design and Architecture Awards over the last few years. Last year, the design practice won both the Bathroom and Living Space Award, while in 2011 the team won both the Home Cinema and Residential £5 million plus Award. Back in 2010, Hill House were also winners of the Bedroom Award – making for an impressive list of accolades! Last year’s winning projects may be viewed via our shortlist page.

Shortlisted for the Residential £2.5-5 million Award this year, Hill House Interiors were called upon to create a total interior scheme for the 5 bedroom showhouse at Octagon’s Kingswood Warren Park. Highlights include the Miami-inspired kitchen and breakfast room, which features a melange of specially commissioned furniture, upholstered in vivid aqua, emerald and turquoise fabrics, and a super-living space, where a bespoke églomisé glass cabinet disguises a secret bar. The end result is an immensely practical yet intensely glamorous space, blending the Hill House Interiors signature style with an au courant flavour of the world of couture.
