AB Concept, one of Asia’s leading design and architectural studios, continues to exceed expectations with its latest project for The Masterpiece. Aptly-named the Star Dust, the residence is situated in one of the tallest residential buildings in Hong Kong. It has recently reached the shortlist for both the International Design and Architecture Awards 2013 (residential £20 million plus award) and the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2013 (apartment award).
Star Dust apartment is especially created for residents who appreciate premium luxury. Using every opportunity to exploit the expansive views, the second-floor family room overlooks the downstairs lounge, offering all-encompassing views of the awe-inspiring vistas.
Offering the ultimate in residential experience, the Star Dust duplex’s double-height windows provide postcard-worthy panoramic views of Victoria Harbour and the Hong Kong skyline. AB Concept makes full use of the living room’s semi-circle layout and floor-to-ceiling windows, affording residents sweeping 180-degree views of Hong Kong that take in the entire length of the Island. AB Concept’s ingenuity is further revealed between the two floors where a faux skylight creates the illusion of natural sunlight, bringing added warmth and light to the sculpturally-defined stairwell.
