London based Darma Ltd. have been short listed for the Kitchen Over £25,000 award in the International Design & Architecture Awards 2013.

This kitchen mixes high gloss black, high gloss Macassar ebony veneer and Haiku Silestone worktop.

The kitchen was designed and realised by the Darma team. The kitchen feels stylish and welcoming. The clients  lived with the existing kitchen for five years until they knew exactly what they wanted- A kitchen that blends functionality with contemporary look.

The natural light pours into the kitchen and dining room through a large windows, allowing Darma to use darker colours.

This kitchen mixes high gloss black, high gloss Macassar ebony veneer and Haiku Silestone worktop. The interior of the kitchen is made from natural Oak veneer, painted in black.

We added the orange splash back behind the sliding door cabinet to add interest. Dark high gloss colour and attractive wood veneers makes an eye- catching statement. The rest of the space is minimal so colour stands out.
