Prestige Exclusive Lifestyle have been shortlisted for the Residential £1-£2.5 Million (Property Value) in the International Design & Architecture Awards 2015  with a house in Chelsea.

Marco Braghiroli , director of Prestige Exclusive Lifestyle explained that the existing building décor was a time capsule of the 1970’s and in very poor condition. The client brief requested that the space was to be fully modernised in style with the traditional architecture and design, but also maintaining the integrity and soul of the building.

Prestige Exclusive Lifestyle refurbished the property to a very high standard by creating a new family home with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, cloak room, dining room and a living kitchen. Maximising the space and creating a warm family environment was the central theme of the project and main driver of our philosophical, architectural approach.

The team paid close attention to the specifications given in the brief and the client requirements in order to create a comfortable space detached from the “architect ego” and more focus on the client wishes but still maintaining the design overall drive and create a comfortable space tailored on the client.
