Artwood have achieved further shortlist success in the International Product Design Awards 2015. The Bespoke Collection at will compete in the Flooring category in the sixth annual awards.
The Artwood Bespoke Collection offers our clients the ability create their own, unique finish for use within their interior scheme. For this private residence in London, Artwood created a bespoke metal inlaid floor using a combination of gold and silver. A complimentary high gloss border from our Diamond collection was created to beautifully frame the flooring along with a pure black inlay. Artwood work to colour match fabrics, leathers and other materials being used within the same space to create one off, bespoke finishes for our clients. We also optimise the layout of the floor pattern, incorporating matching thresholds and accessories wherever required.
All Artwood floors are hand finished in the UK utilising exclusive finishing techniques have been developed entirely in-house. Multiple flooring formats including plank, parquet and chevron are available in all Artwood finishes.
Artwood uses only select grade European Oak for our flooring, a sustainable species which is used as the canvas for the creation of exquisite finishes, thus avoiding the need to use other, more endangered species of timber.
