Hill House Interiors shortlisted for the Residential £1-£2.5 Million (Project Value) Award in the International Design & Architecture Awards 2015.

The brief was to create a functional, beautiful home for a young family, who adore the unique brand of magic the esteemed Hill House Interiors bring to their prestigious projects across the globe. Using a versatile palette of muted greys and shimmering argentates, injected with accents of vivid colour, Hill House have created an utterly timeless interior, perfect for lavish entertaining and serious relaxation, in equal measure. A show stopping 4m bespoke spiral glass chandelier takes centre stage in the entrance hall, reflecting softly onto the highly polished limestone floor below.

A striking Brian Yates metallic pleated wall covering acts as a superb backdrop for the curved staircase, a natural link to the polished pewter balustrade, which is softened by the tactile custom made leather clad handrail. Adjacent to the kitchen/dining area, the family zone is a wonderfully playful space. Delicate soft furnishings reprise the tangerine hues of the kitchen barstools, and the fun factor increases with the stunning feature wall, showcasing shoals of exotic tropical fish in two supersize aquariums, set within high gloss lacquered paneling. Every inch of the opulent cinema room on the lower ground floor oozes decadent relaxation.  Iconic Hollywood imagery, showcased under soft spotlights, complements the oversized iridescent double daybeds, set aglitter under twinkling Swarovski crystal embedded wall lights.

Upstairs, with a couture palette of soothing dove greys and subtle metallics, the sumptuous master suite comes with a bespoke bed, padded feature wall with mirrored surrounds, and, for added sophistication, contemporary, Deco inspired furniture from The Collection by Hill House Interiors.
