Extending and transforming the local building style and Chinese grilles craft under the local environment. Merging eastern architecture and local buildings based on the oriental culture to create an Eastern architectural aesthetic. 
Not only using the asymmetrical balance of objects to present the solid balconies and plate windows as architectural elements to complete the building function and create the open space atmosphere, but also using the geometric logic of panels to analyse the design elements of Chinese grilles. Extracting the essence and conception of Chinese artefacts to reinterpret the traditional aesthetic, and thus creating a contemporary work of art belonging to the Eastern culture. 
To create the unique living style in the city, the designers used several kinds of foliage and a landscape pool to create the interaction, which can represent the attitude of the graceful orient and the modern East. Nearby the local environment of International Taiwan University, extending and transforming the local building style made by metal-sheet roof and iron-grating window in Taipei and grilles craft culture of Chinese culture. Merging Eastern architecture and local culture based on the functional and oriental architecture.
