The penthouse is functional, with all latest modern technology and amenities which was the request from the client. The look and feel of the property has been fulfilled using textured fabrics and bold colours within the open plan living space. The dark colours have been toned down by blending in the use of bright lighting, mirrors and lightly coloured soft furnishings. Throughout the property gold accents were used on an otherwise clean cut and rigorous design. The designers continued to inject colour into otherwise clean contemporary spaces in order to give the open plan living space a luxurious yet contemporary feel.

The designers favourite part of the project was the black marble wall at the entrance. This statement piece helps tie in the luxury feel with the led light inserts, juxtaposed to the hexagonal golden mirrored panelling. The marble wall sets the tone for the rest of the property due to its grand nature and superior standard.

The most difficult part of this project which required the highest level of skill to accomplish the completed look was the tiling mirror mosaic installation. The designers felt that this piece is a great addition to the property and the finished product is entirely satisfying.

The project integrates into the wider environment through its open plan nature with floor to ceiling glass panelling which integrates the outside space perfectly and makes great use of the breath-taking views over the city of Bangkok.
