Alexandra Naranjo Designs recently had the privilege of designing this magnificent Master Bedroom for a very special client. The key element was their personality, as it had to reflect their style. A master bedroom should be a total indulgence, therefore when Alexandra Naranjo Designs designed this space they wanted it to feel luxurious and glamorous.

A master bedroom should be one of the most comfortable and relaxing rooms in a home, that’s why when Alexandra Naranjo Designs designed this master bedroom, they used a warm, soothing colour palette to help their clients unwind after a long day. Alexandra Naranjo Design feel that metallic accents and luxurious textures such as velvet and silks complement the warmer tones very well and gives a luxurious look without compromising the comfort. From the beautiful symmetry presented through every aspect of this master bedroom to the many sumptuous textures, this room reflects the perfect marriage of classic style with a distinctive contemporary touch. The lush neutrals and ivory tones are well-suited for this master bedroom- a space that should feel calm and restful. Alexandra Naranjo Designs mixed textural fabrics and designed a nubby custom area rug carefully selecting the colours and pattern that would complement the rest of the design.

Alexandra Naranjo Designs favourite aspect of the project is the symmetry, not only on the architectural elements in the room such as the ceiling details but also on the furniture layout. It is a timeless master bedroom, the design flows throughout the room, from the seating to the sleeping area and the use of many different textures make all the pieces come together. The key aspect of the bedroom was the monochromatic palette, using all neutrals and ivory with a touch of metallics.
