Curated Home by Chrissy & Co have been shortlisted for Interior Design Scheme – Canada Award in The International Design and Architecture Awards 2020.
Aquarious Mews offers a piece of European charm, tucked away in the Vancouver sky. The renovation and re-design that Curated Home by Chrissy & Co has implemented gave this dated city apartment a new lease on life with a modern and playful look.
Styled with the intention of going against what is to be expected of other properties in this area, Curated Home by Chrissy & Co wanted to create a vibrant and textured space. With hand carved craftsmanship from Parisian influenced pieces, blended with more contemporary silhouettes, this space echoes a spirit of ageless and vibrant diversity. Layers of colours, shapes and textures are combined for a sophisticated style; every area of this cityspace property has been designed to create depth and intrigue whilst remaining liveable. The designer’s favourite element of the space is the mix of feminine Parisian charm with more distinguished and sharp silhouettes which elevate the project concept.
There is a beautiful cohesion throughout Aquarious Mews, with unexpected elements to prevent the space from feeling contrived. Curated Home by Chrissy & Co’s European inspired design is meant to be intentionally contrasted to the wider environment as a rebellion against the generic west coast colour scheme. The playful sophistication and the nods to European charm, this apartment is anything but your typical west coast grey on grey theme.
