design et al are pleased to announce that Archasia have been successfully shortlisted for the Asia-Pacific Residential £2.5-5 Million Award with their project ‘Panyu Nan Tian Ming Yuan’ at the International Design & Architecture Awards 2015.
Panyu Nan Tian Ming Yuan is a residential home which is western classic simplicity infused with oriental elements in an elegant approach for metropolitan living.
This 500 square metre elegant house is located by the Pearl River near CBD in Guangzhou. This luxurious property offers the convenience of metropolitan life in South China while providing sophisticated East meets West lift style. With the double-volume living room, formal dining room, a sparkling bar area, 4 ensuite bedrooms and a game room, this unique property portraits the modern oriental living.Western classic simplicity infused with oriental elements is the design language used for this property. The contrasting harmony created by mixing stainless steel, marble, vintage glass, luxury fabric and leather provides the perfect symphony for the space.
