15-Living Room with the view

A modern Art Deco luxurious residential project creating 1920’s romantic drama. The Botanica Bay is located above Cheung Sha Beach in South Lantau Hong Kong. It is the up and coming most luxurious residential area in town. Botanica Bay stands along the Cheung Sha hillside with panoramic views of the ocean. It is the elite lifestyle offering tranquillity and privacy in beachfront living.

05-Living Room 2

The elegantly luxurious house is approximately 480 square meters in two stories with outdoor swimming pool and roof top spa. There are 4 ensuites bedrooms with walk-in closets. Being in the middle of the ground floor, the living room provides dramatic impact while connecting smoothly to the dining area and the library. With Hong Kong’s colonial history, the Art Deco design language is used for this project in a very modern approach. Handmade special glass motif runs through the interior, together with the contrast of premier fabric, marble and hardwood, the 1920’s romantic drama is brought to life. “Our favourite aspects of the project are the remake of vintage Art Deco motifs on glass in a modern production technique and the clean lines of modern Art Deco furniture. It is the perfect balance of Art Deco elements and modern classic details used.”
