Blush Design have reached the shortlist of the International Design and Architecture Awards in the £5 Million plus category.
Blush Design’s brief was to work with the architects to design a home which provided plenty of opportunity to wow guests when entertaining both formally and informally. A new basement was dug to incorporate a cinema and gym, whilst the lower ground was reconfigured to fit in a games room. More formal entertaining was allowed for in the traditional dining room and the creation of a large drawing room which spanned a whole floor.
The design direction chosen by Blush highlighted the period features whilst introducing a more masculine and contemporary feel. This was achieved through bespoke furniture pieces designed specifically for their client.
