Luxury brands are branching out into the world of property development. Global companies and celebrities, are lending their names to endorse various real estate developments. Big brands including Armani, Versace & Virgin have all lent their names to recent developments, including the Armani Hotel in Dubai (pictured above).
The use of well known and trusted brands being associated with development, seems to be having a possitive effect. According to ‘Knight Frank’s’ recent report, developers have seen an increase in profit from the new “branded’ properties. These new branded developments also offer wealthy consumers the possibility to purchase an aspirational property linked to a trusted luxury brand name.
