The brief was to keep the period details of the house but to mix with cutting edge details such as shadow gap cornicing, flush skirting, automated lighting, and sound, electric curtains and underfloor heating. The designers opted to keep the sweeping period swept sofit staircase on the ground floor so as to set the classic tone when you entered the building and provide period elegance.

The colour scheme of bronze and grey is carried though out the house, but with accent colours added in different rooms to embolden the scheme. Geometric designed radiator covers complement the theme in a specialist wood finish of a warm brown grey and grand double doors in a specialist warm brown grey colour finish have custom made bronze oversized handles.
