This project is a high-end luxury building on Park Ave in NYC where Christopher Peacock primarily did the kitchens and then the baths – Toll Brothers City Living was the name of the development. With only nine residences, 1110 Park Avenue presents a limited opportunity for new condominium ownership along this cherished stretch of Park Avenue. Each residence is crafted to be a home of distinction. Thoughtfully designed floor plans offer homes ranging from three to five bedrooms.
