design et al are delighted to announce that A2Zen Consulting have been shortlisted for a Living Space Europe Award in The International Design and Architecture Awards 2016
This project is a luxury yet contemporary space in an innovative Architectural Masterpiece which is revolutionary for Monte Carlo. The brief was to design a contemporary space which felt luxurious without being opulent. The idea the designers had was to play with technology to make it modern and functional. The designers were asked to maintain light colour and to add a touch of blue where possible.
The team at A2Zen were proud to deliver a living space with 360 degree amazing views. From the digital aquarium to the back lit niches, the sea view and the mirrors in the back wall which reflect the panorama into the room, this was a great achievement for the team at A2Zen Consulting.
There was a challenge to use the restricted spaces and make them feel spacious. The designers strove to ensure a sense of luxury through the selection of materials yet to keep it airy. They worked on ambience and technology. The digital aquarium, the starry sky and the back lit niches are all foremost in the design scheme. They kept all colours neutral so they could accent all areas with blue, as it is the client’s preferred colour. This worked perfectly well with the sea view which dominates every room.
