Luxe et al are delighted to announce that Argo Navis won the Concept up to 40 metres Award in The International Yacht and Aviation Awards 2016
Horizon 70 is developed with an intention to offer remarkable style and impeccable design. It’s a synthesis of modern, sharp lines and elements of a timeless evocative look, such as the sheer line dropping down towards the stern. Our concept targets to offer spacious areas that are usually found on 80-foot yachts. A sizable swimming platform, broad aft stairs, huge sunbed, cockpit area that can easily accommodate 12 people and forward seating area with automatic shade are just some of the features that help us do just that.
Side windows run all along the hull sides offering astounding view from each cabin. The ceiling of the main saloon contains a skylight of 10 square meters giving daylight at any moment. All areas with windows and glass have fully automatic blinds for total coverage if so desired. Accommodation is divided into three main sections; full beam master bedroom with en-suite, entrance lobby and main saloon offering standing height of 2.4 meters, crew quarters are placed at fore end and completely separated from guest premises.
The yacht is equipped with a bespoke tender of 4.6m stored underneath the sunbed. It can take up to 5 adults for a quick shore transfers or it can be utilized for any kind of water sports; deploying and recovery is made via aft platform lifting mechanism. The very top of our yacht’s hardtop holds a pair of solar panels, offering sufficient power for mandatory systems like bilge or fire alarm even if the boat is abandoned for a time. VOLVO delivers the complete propulsion system; triple engine installation combined with IPS technology, giving outstanding capabilities and performance. Horizon 70 will come top coated with Alex Seal metallic paint as a standard, so no compromise is made on aesthetics.
