design et al are delighted to announce Ezralow Design Ltd have been shortlisted for the Table Award at this year’s International Product Design Awards.
The Ezralow Design Ltd Nesting Tables, shown here in Sycamore stained dark grey in high gloss finish and bronze trimming details were inspired by ‘necessity.’ The firm’s eponymous designer, Kamini Ezralow was inspired to design a piece that was not only aesthetic but performed a dual function. The tops are in fact removable, acting as display trays and they are fully covered in dark grey parchment in high gloss finish. The function of the removable tray tops and the combination of the materials, dark greys and antique bronze make this product an artistic yet functional addition to any room.
Furthermore the ‘nesting’ nature of the design means they are space efficient and can fulfill a range of requirements whilst providing style options. With the same detailed attention as an art instillation, these tables make a beautiful feature in any environment whilst the tray tops provide a durable element with which to accentuate home jewelry such as vases, candles etc. The table finishes are also eligible for customization, the most recent commission was for high gloss white lacquer, bronze detailing and a bronze leather for the top trays.
