Further Shortlist success for David Chang Design Associates with their project Central Park Townhouse, Shanghai shortlisted in the Residential £1-2.5 Million Award (project value).

Vibrant metropolitan design Central Park Town house located in Jiading district, Shanghai.  The entrance foyer is planned in a direct visual access to the living room and dinning room to give a feeling of spaciousness.  The living room with 6.5 meters ceiling height is furnished with Chinoiserie inspired coffee table and chairs.  This extraordinary townhome is decorated with jade marble on the geometrical  floor pattern to reflect the touch of color and texture of the East.  The visual impact was greatly displayed by the bold application of colors and texture.  The master living quarter is quipped with two individual his and her walk in closet, an independent master living room, master bedroom and master ensuite.  Overall effect is to reflect the new contemporary metropolitan life of Shanghai where the west and the east style cohered in harmony. Total 620 square meters Town house; 4 floors including basement; highest ceiling height is 3.6 meters from finishing floor.
