The emerging markets are affected but also affect the global design trends. The result is a blend of cultures bringing to an International Design style; nevertheless, each individual designer should always keep his individual cultural roots.

Design for motion and for pleasure, mainly in marine environment.

You should Design by instinct, but if you are culturally aware, it comes out better.

. A designer’s work is so diverse – how do you manage to hold down a career and a life?

Design and Art are similar sciences; the difference being that artist is working mainly for his own satisfaction and designer for his customers’.

. How important are The International Yacht and Aviation Awards as recognition of talent and achievement?

The International Yacht and Aviation Awards is a media arena. Deciding to get in you accept to face other significant players in an international stage, judged by a highly qualified audience. Being shortlisted for an Award is a must for any qualified designer. And the International Yacht and Aviation organization have a unique ability to stimulate the confrontation.

. What are your aims and goals for the next twelve months?

Designing as many yachts and ships as possible in order to compete for the Awards with enlarged opportunities.
