A Dairy renovation project in Ipswich Suffolk has successfully won the International Design & Architecture Awards 2013.

Rendall & Wright were commissioned to create a contemporary, comfortable living space to sleep two people with additional flexible sleeping. The completed property should feel inviting, bright and relaxing whilst retaining the historic architectural features of the building. One of the most important elements of the design is simplicity inspired by the building’s agricultural history and Suffolk location. This provided the opportunity to use local Suffolk craftsmen to hand produce beautifully finished fixtures, fittings, bespoke furniture and lighting adding true provenance to the property.
