T. Jones Group & Sublime Interior Design have been shortlisted for Kitchen Over £150,000 Award in The International Design & Architecture Awards 2020.
This estate channels the elements: fire, earth, water, metal and wood, which inspires the elegance and clean lines of the home. The design concept by T. Jones Group & Sublime Interior Design fuses time periods and creates harmony and balance for an awe-inspiring retreat within the city.
Elements Estate is a dream home that exudes luxury because of its quality, beauty and nobility. T. Jones Group & Sublime Interior Design’s use of harmony, unity and the repetition of motifs and large-scale features creates a welcoming yet luxurious home. This estate exudes elegance from the main floor to the basement with luxury Jewel tones, while maintaining a clean bright colour scheme with intentional contrast to add drama throughout.
On the main floor, guests can find the glamorous entertainer dream kitchen, which becomes an optical illusion of space due to the custom levelled ceiling detail and smoked mirrors that accentuate the height of the space. T. Jones Group & Sublime Interior Design chose a to implement white custom cabinets to allow for a bright open kitchen, though integrated appliances and a hidden door to the butler’s kitchen ensure a clean and tidy aesthetic.
The oversized entertaining island has been fabricated in a Calacatta Gold ceramic marble slab for extreme durability – using luxurious yet durable materials for a balance of entertaining and family life. Here T. Jones Group & Sublime Interior Design also included flanking glass cabinets for a decorative balance and visual relief.
The open concept kitchen and living area are connected to the outdoor spaces using an automated sliding door system. This spacial planning creates a circulation and flow connecting the different zones on the main floor.
